Summary:
Assist the Broker Relationship Manager with Sales and Retention for the Broker market. Work closely with the Broker Relationship Manager to maintain a strong and positive broker relationship. Other responsibilities include training and recertification of Medicare products, marketing requests, and compliance. Respond to all broker related requests and support all broker activities.

Help to prospect and profile new business opportunities with Medicare insurance brokers
Maintain agent onboarding database to track broker demographic details, including CMS training & certification requirements.
Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in product education to support broker sales efforts.
Act as support for broker and client meetings, including presentations to introduce them to our services and assist in the closure of new business cases
Provide multi-faceted administrative support for the Broker relationship manager.
Create and produce on going reporting requests to support the Broker business activities.
Meet and exceed Medicare sales goals established by management.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
License/Certifications:
Massachusetts Health insurance license or ability to obtain license within 6 months of obtaining position. * *
Annually, required to pass a product certification exam
Annually, required to take the AHIP certification
Experience:
3+ year in the Healthcare Industry
1-3 years of sales and/or broker sales experience required.
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills allowing you to interact effectively with Brokers, sales team and other internal departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
